Overview

Good work, hidden behind a form that doesn’t send on phones

Your projects and reviews are strong, but the homepage doesn’t say who you help and most mobile enquiries never arrive. Fix the quote form and the headline first: both are small jobs with the biggest effect on leads.

It reads the site, then the data most audits never see

The free inspection reads your site, runs Google’s speed test on phone and computer and checks your public Business Profile. • Access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time
  • Each source shows what it added to the report

Verified, not guessed

Every claim comes with its receipt

AI is good at sounding sure. So nothing reaches your report without evidence you can check yourself.

  • Every finding quotes its evidence, and code checks the quote is really on your site, in your data or in your code
  • A second review keeps, softens or removes each finding. On our own site it removed 19
  • With your code connected (read-only), fixes point at the exact file and line. Webhaus Inspect never changes your code

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What do I get from the free inspection?
A 6-page report, as a link and a PDF. It has six traffic lights, the biggest issues ranked with the fix, quick wins for this week, your speed on phone and computer, your Google Business Profile, what we found under the hood and a sharper homepage headline. We read 12 pages and use public information only.
Who is it for?
Marketing teams and service businesses whose website should bring in enquiries. It works best when someone owns the site and wants a clear list of what to change, in order.
How long does it take?
The free inspection usually arrives about 5 minutes after you confirm your email. On a busy day it can take up to 24 hours. A full inspection takes about half an hour to run, then we walk you through it on a 30-minute call.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
So reports only go to people who asked for them. It also stops bots running inspections, which keeps it free.
What do you do with my information?
The free inspection only uses public information about your website. We use your name and email to send the report and occasional follow-up from Webhaus. Reports sit on private links. See our privacy policy.
Do you need access to my Google Analytics or code?
Not for the free inspection. The full inspection can connect Google Analytics, Search Console and GitHub. Webhaus Inspect only reads them. It never changes your settings, your site or your code.
Why does the full inspection need my Google access?
So the recommendations rest on your real numbers: where visitors come from, what they search for and where they drop off. Access is read-only and you can disconnect at any time.
How do you stop the AI making things up?
Each finding must quote its evidence. Code checks that the quote appears on your site, in your data or in your code, and marks it Verified or Not verified. A second review pass then keeps, softens or removes each finding. Removed findings stay listed, so you can see what was dropped and why.
How is the score worked out?
There are 130+ checks, tailored to your type of business: trades, professional services, ecommerce, B2B and SaaS, hospitality or not-for-profit. Code adds up the points for each check you pass and divides by the points that apply to your site.
Can I share the report?
Yes. The free inspection comes as a link and a PDF you can send to your team. The full inspection adds a presentation PDF for the meeting and a full-detail PDF for whoever does the work.
Do I have to use Webhaus to make the fixes?
No. Each fix says who would normally do it and how big the job is, so your own team or another supplier can work from it. Where a Webhaus service fits, we say which one.
